As cliché as this sounds I couldn't recommend them more highly. We have been using them to service our radiant heat/boiler system since 2013. Most of the work they've done incredibly quickly but there was one time that the boiler failed and the issue wasn't straight forward. You discover the level of integrity of someone when things don't go exactly to plan. It took some time for them to diagnosis the problem but the issue was finally resolved. We expected a HUGE bill for the amount of time they spent on it but they were incredibly restrained with the charge. They also replaced our water heater under warranty which could have gone either way. Theresa and Charlie are the best. We are so grateful that they are out there. You'll think so too.

I have been a customer for years. Everyone is amazing. Theresa works hard to get someone at your house fast. Last month I had a bathroom sink clogged and she knew I was leaving town. Charlie called me at the end of his day and popped in and removed the clog plus replaced my tub spout that wasn’t working properly. He is the one you want and acted like he had all the time in the world for me.

Bruce Plumbing does an excellent job. They are thorough yet quick. And they will get your plumbing needs taken care of as quick as they possibly can. They honestly, genuinely care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was extremely happy with their service. I found Bruce’s plumbing through word of mouth. A friend of ours has used them over a decade to service their rental properties and was very happy with their service and work. I called and left a message in the morning and was able to be seen early afternoon by Brian. Brian came over and listened very well to understand the leaking issue. He was able to find the issue quickly and minimized the amount of damage and time to resolve the issue. He was very hard working. I also thought their pricing was very reasonable. I had another plumber come over earlier to investigate this issue and the service was quite the opposite. It took a week for him to see me, did not listen well, suggested I remove all ceiling drywall and duct work, call my insurance, did not diagnose the proper location of the issue and said to call him when all of that was done whereas Bruce’s plumbing resolved the issue in an hour and a half without having to tear my house apart for minimal cost. I will definitely use Bruce’s plumbing and Brian again.

I am leaving this review because I understand a “visitor” not a resident, manager or Board Member left a scathing review which I want to correct immediately! Bruce Plumbing has worked with Wasatch Towers and my family personally and I can attest to their honesty, integrity and empathy when serving us. There is so much they do for us so I am not going to click every service the provide, but be assured they are excellent!

We have used Bruce plumbing for years. They are courteous, responsive, highly skilled, professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend their services!--- They do not clear sewer drains so we have used others for that service but always turn to Bruce Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

Not happy as the plumber stated he was done after several hours. But upon checking his work, he created more leaks then what we started with. He then kept “fixing”, but not. We asked him to leave but he just kept on tinkering... we had to demand he leave our house. We called another company. Would NOT recommend even if they have had this company for 60 years.... But the lady on the phone was nice, nice doesn’t fix leaks.

Nice folks but had an awful experience and would never hire again. Paid them over $500 to clear some drains and fix some dripping faucets. A week later one of the drains was leaking all over the basement and the faucets were dripping again. They charged me $200 to fix a faucet that you can replace for $80. Not sure why they didn't recommend replacing it instead. They offered to come back and fix the work but were too busy and couldn't get me in for 2 weeks so I went with another company that could come fix their work the following day. Expensive mistake.
